Sanderlay is a modern house situated on the outskirts of Kirkwall.

Two of the larger rooms on the first floor are used as self contained flats outwith the tourist season, having their own lounge seating and private shower/toilet. These rooms also have their own kitchenettes, with cooker and refrigerator, which guests find useful.

Also located on the first floor is an en-suite family room together with a newly finished en-suite single room and guests lounge.

Accommodation on the ground floor comprises a double en-suite, a single en-suite room, and double and twin rooms, having wash-hand-basins but sharing a bathroom.

Facilities include:- central heating throughout, with tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV and direct dial telephones in all bedrooms. Guests have all day access and private parking.  Wireless/LAN internet access is also available.

Packed lunches and laundry services are available on request, while meals are readily available at a choice of restaurants in the town
